Incluye: molde de muñeco en cartón, 2 botones blancos, 2 hojas de fieltro marrón 100% lana, 1 trozo de fieltro rojo 100% lana, hilo rojo y marrón, cinta ondulina roja, bies rojo con topos blancos y “baker’s twine” rojo/blanco y rojo/verde.

1. delinear el molde de cartón en las hojas de fieltro marrón (atención: delinear la parte de delante en una hoja, girar el molde, y delinear la parte de atrás en la otra hoja) y recortar.

2. recortar 2 círculos en el fieltro rojo para hacer las mejillas, más o menos del mismo tamaño de los dibujados en el molde. coser las mejillas a la parte delantera de la hoja de fieltro marrón con el hilo rojo, y bordar la boca y los ojos.

3. hacer un lacito con el bies de topos y coser a la parte delantera del muñeco. coser también el botón con el hilo rojo.

4. ahora que tienes toda la frente del muñeco lista solo hay que juntar las dos partes del muñeco, delantera y trasera y coser el muñeco a todo el rededor hasta cerrarlo por completo (atención: poner la parte donde has delineado al principio para dentro, que no se vea! puedes cerrar el muñeco con punto a mano o a máquina).

5. cuando lo tengas todo cerrado solo tienes que pasar el “baker’s twine” del color que elijas por la parte de arriba-trasera para hacer el lazo para colgar (he usado una aguja con ojal grande para que pueda pasar el twine con más facilidad). y hecho!!

|english| and for all the online shop customers we’ve prepared a very special gift: a super tutorial with all the material needed to make a gingerbread man to hang!!

Includes: cardboard shape, 2 white buttons, 2 sheets of brown felt 100% wool, 1 piece of red felt 100% wool, red and brown thread, red onduline ribbon, red with white polka dots bias and "baker's twine" in red/white and red/green.

1. delineate the cardboard mold on the sheets of brown felt (note: the front outline on a sheet, turn the mold, and draw back in the other sheet) and cut.

2. cut 2 circles in red felt to make the cheeks more or less the same size as those drawn into the mold. sew the cheeks in the front brown felt with red thread, and stitch mouth and eyes.

3. make a bow with the bias and sew to the front of the doll. also sew the button with the red thread.

4. Now that you have all the gingerbread man front ready, just put the two parts together, front and back, and sew all around to close it completely (note: put the part where you outlined in the beginning to the inside, so that it can be seen! You can close with hand stitch or using a sewing machine).

5. After everything is closed only have to pass the "baker's twine" of the color you choose for the top-rear to make the loop for hanging (I used a needle with large eye to pass the twine easier). and done!

DIY: galletas de mantequilla

|english| And, with the super butter cookies, we open a new section in the blog: THE KUTCHI-DIY!! From now on I will dedicate some 'posts' on the blog to DIY from some of the items I place in the shop windows and also some things I do and that many, many people ask me how to make that are very simple and fun to do!!

Nothing better then starting with the simple recipe from the, 'world' known, butter cookies that many students of the workshops have already tasted!!

You're going to need 250g of butter, 100g of sugar and 340g of flour.  Preheat the oven to 180 º... Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands to create a homogeneous paste. Prepare some cookie cutters in fun shapes (in this case I used ones that I’ve bought in IKEA in the shape of animals). Lay the dough with a roll, preferably of wood, on a smooth surface with a little flour and start cutting the dough with the cookie cutters. Place everything in a large bowl suitable for oven (I used a round Pyrex glass) and put a tad of flour before placing the cookies. Put all into the preheated oven and let heat up and down until they’re ‘golden’... take them all to a plate and let them cool!! I recommend putting all in a cookie jar to keep them crispy... hummmm...

That's it!!! It's so simple that, if you wish, you can do it with your little ones... they will have a great time... and if you can take some pictures and send to kutchishop@gmail.com. I’m curious to see how the cookies turned out!

|español| Y así, con las súper galletas de mantequilla, inauguramos una nueva sección en el blog: LOS KUTCHI-DIY!! A partir de ahora dedicaré algunos ‘posts’ en el blog a DIY de algunos de los elementos que voy colocando en los escaparates y algunas cositas que voy haciendo y que muchas, pero muchas personas me preguntan como hacer y que son muy sencillas y divertidas!!

Nada mejor que empezar con la sencilla receta de las, ‘mundialmente’ conocidas, galletas de mantequilla que muchas alumnas de los talleres ya han podido probar!!

Vais a necesitar de 250gr de mantequilla, 100gr de azúcar y 340gr de harina. Precalentar el horno a 180º… Poner todos los ingredientes en un bol y mezclar/amasar con las manos hasta crear una masa homogénea. Preparar algunos cortadores de galletas chulos y con formas divertidas (en este caso he usado unos que he comprado en IKEA con formas de animalitos). Tender la masa con un rollo, de preferencia de madera, sobre una superficie lisa, con un poco de harina y ir cortando la masa con los cortadores de galletas. Colocar todo en un recipiente amplio apto para horno (he usado un Pirex de vidrio redondo) poniendo un pelín de harina antes de colocar las galletas. Llevar al horno, previamente calentado, y dejar con calor arriba y abajo hasta que estén doraditas… sacarlas todas para un plato y dejar enfriar!! Recomiendo guardarlas después de frías en un bote de vidrio proprio para galletas para que se mantengan crujientes… hummmm…
