In recent days, surfing the web, I've found several posts where people talk about the ilovekutchi shop: an owl in his scarf by Alfazema aos molhos, Lola's clothes for kids in Beemamá, D. Loya’s necklaces for addicts to cupcakes from Con un poco de azúcar and a fantastic website where you can follow your favourite blogs, the Bloglovin'.

From here I thank you for the great posts that you have dedicated to the ilovekutchi shop!! I love knowing what people talk about ilovekutchi and I encourage you to send me an email to kutchishop@gmail.com every time you publish something about us!!

|español| Creo nunca haber admitido pero aqui me confieso: me encanta la comunidade bloguera, facebokiana y afines!!! No se me ocurre mejor manera de poner en contacto personas de los 4 rincones del mundo…

En los últimos dias, surfeando por la web me he encontrado varios blogs donde se habla de la ilovekutchi shop: un buho en su pañuelo de Alfazema aos molhos, la ropita de Lola for kids en Beemamá, los collares de D.Loya para los adictos a los cupcakes en Con un poco de azúcar y una web fantástica donde puedes seguir tus blogs favoritos, la Bloglovin’.

Desde aqui os agradezco los simpáticos posts que habeis dedicado a la ilovekutchi shop!! Me encanta saber todo lo que se habla de ilovekutchi y desde aqui os incentivo a que me envieis un mail a kutchishop@gmail.com siempre que publicáis algo a cerca de nosotros!!

|english|  Yesterday, while going up and down the stairs of the shop, Judit, with 8 years old, brought me and her mother a surprise: she had taken upstairs a couple of pens and paper and drew a picture from us... When I saw it I couldn’t avoid  asking: ‘And what have you drawn on my neck?’... And she replied: 'A scarf... of course!!!' followed by the explanation that she had never seen me without anything on the neck... a scarf, a neckerchief, a necklace!!! She was right!

With lots of care, I have placed it next to the logo of ilovekutchi that Judit had made with her brother and mom, and gave it to me on my birthday! Without realizing it, we had created a little corner of memories which had already placed, for a few months, a beautiful illustration of Carla Torrão that, surprisingly, has sent me as a gift along with some of the cute things we have around here... Thank you all!!

|español| Ayer, mientras subía y bajaba frenéticamente las escaleras de la shop, Judit, de 8 años, trajo a mi y a su mamá una supresa: se había llevado arriba un par de bolis y papel y hizo un dibujo de las tres… Al verlo no pude dejar de preguntarle: ‘Y que me has dibujado en el cuello?’… Y me contesta: ‘Una bufanda… claro!!!’ a lo que se siguió la explicación de que ella nunca me había visto sin nada en el cuello… una bufanda, un pañuelo, un collar!!! Tenia razón!

Con cariño, lo he colocado al lado del logo de ilovekutchi que Judit había hecho con su hermano y su mamá, y que me lo regalaron en el día de mi cumpleaños! Sin darme cuenta habíamos hecho un pequeño rincón de recuerdos donde ya habitaba hace algunos meses una ilustración preciosa de Carla Torrão que, por sorpresa, me lo ha enviado de regalo junto con algunas de las cositas que tenemos por aquí… Gracias a todas!!

|english| these days in the shop are becoming short for the amount of work there is to do... Christmas is at the door and children that pass by the new shop window ask their mothers: “can the wise kings buy at this store??"... while their eyes get glued to the glass... some, more audacious, come in and freeze in the middle of the store without knowing to which side look first and that’s when their mothers have to recur to the deepest imagination to drag them home!

When I see these children and all the ones who pass by the shop everyday, I get a refill of energy and remember why I decided to “listen to my heart". I'm happy. Life has taught me that not  much should be asked and I have learned to live with the good and the 'less good'.

THANKS to all who pass by the shop everyday. Those who come from far, far, far away, those from close and those from 'next door', those who pass and say hello, those who say to "work less and relax more!”, the curious, the ones who have been there from day one, those who want to take all the shop, the Portuguese and all of you that pass by car or moto and stop to look at the shop window in the middle of the street with everyone honking!!!

 

|español| los días en la shop se hacen cortos para lo mucho que hay que hacer… las navidades están a la puerta y los niños al pasar por el nuevo escaparate preguntan a sus madres: “mamá, los reyes pueden venir a comprar en esta tienda??”… mientras que sus ojos se pegan al vidrio… algunos, más atrevidos, entran y se plantan en medio de la tienda sin saber a que lado mirar más y es cuando sus madres tienen que recurrir a la más profunda imaginación para arrastrarlos a casa!

Cuando veo a estos niños y a todos los que pasan cada día por la tienda, me vuelvo a llenar de energía y me recuerdo porque he decidido ‘escuchar mi corazón’. Soy feliz. La vida me ha enseñado que no se le debe pedir mucho y con eso he aprendido a vivir con lo bueno y lo ‘menos bueno’.

GRACIAS a todos los que pasáis por la shop cada día. A los que venís de muy, muy, muy lejos,  los de cerca y los de ‘la puerta al lado’, los que pasáis a saludar, los que decís que ‘trabaje menos y descanse más!!’, los curiosos, los que estáis ahí desde el primer día, los que queréis llevaros toda la tienda, los portugueses y a todos los que pasáis en coche o moto y paráis mirando el escaparate en medio de la calle con todos pitando!!!

|english| a few weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting Bernadete, a lovely Brazilian! She also has a blog, Pranananda, where the protagonist is her cat Mel... charismatic, gracious and very, very funny!!

Thanks for your nice post! Glad to see that you liked the shop so much and have felt all the kutchi-love that floats in my little corner... OBRIGADA *
